Set out on a culinary expedition across France without leaving Singapore. Chef de Cuisine Jean-Charles Dubois guides you along the route with weekly menu transformations to reflect each region’s distinctive flavours as the tour progresses through France. Experience Brittany, Central and Southern France through artful adaptations of each region’s local produce and enhance it with a selection of the finest wines indigenous to each region. We leave you with some dishes from each region as a prelude to what you can expect.

In the spotlight this sizzling season is the versatile coconut, which surfaces in various tasteful guises in many dishes synonymous with Indian cuisine. Offering creaminess without the dairy in savoury dishes and sweets alike, similarly enjoy the unique and creamy texture it gives to the cold and hot appetizers, chutneys, curries and rice dishes in Tiffin Room’s curry buffet spread.

1 Michelin Bib Gourmand Chef Matthieu Garrel from Le Bélisaire, Paris, personifies the best of French bistro cooking. Highlighting the seasonal, fresh, ethnic foods of the locale, the beauty in his works of “art” is simplicity with the intention to deliver honest French bistro fare that is delicious and comforting.
Bistro cooking is a way of life with origins from home kitchens. Matthieu Garrel refines this cuisine discreetly without taking away authenticity. Having worked many years with great chef Gérard Besson, this Breton’s passion has translated into unpretentious French bistro fare that he shares with anyone in search of first-rate gastronomy pleasure in a convivial setting.
